TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR
- Act as the point of
contact for coordination of system installation, deployment and periodic
- Liaise with the customer
to ensure all other pre-installation works are completed before engineers
send out to client site. (Project)
- Liaise with customer to
ready the person in charge and other resources are available on site.
- To assist Technical
Manager in updating agent’s invoice tracker.
- Maintain and update
periodically customer’s database with system details and maintenance expiries
to support any request by Managers, co-workers and subordinates.
- Handling technical team
travelling bookings and cash advance.
- To prepare and collect
customer’s handover documents and ensure information is complete, for
submission to customers as supporting documents for invoicing purposes.
- Check and verify technical
team’s monthly claim before submitting to accounts for processing.
- Inform customers (via
email include SWO and Fault Reports, if needed), as part of company’s SLA
- Compile and process SWO
from Technical Team to pass to Accounts Department for invoicing process.
- Issuing of quotations and
processing of purchase orders received via customer’s e-proc portal. (PO)
- Checking of required technical
parts and replacement prices for emergency replacements.
- Client contracts
management and issuing of renewal notices to customers, when required.
- Customer assistance and
requests processing through phone and emails.
- Preparation of delivery
order documents, when required. (DO)
- Arranging for cheque
collection, if required.
- Candidate must possess at
least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information
Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science &
Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s):
English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year(s) of
working experience in support and servicing department is required for

to work in Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
- Applicants should be
Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
