Job Description

Summary
Responsible for all aspect HR functions include recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management system and foreign worker affairs.

Job Description
Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interview).
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, system tactic’s and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Compensation and benefits include payroll, attendance, medical and etc.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Liaise with the government authorities on HR related matter.
Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures in line with company’s business.
Prepare HR reports and other ad hoc report require by the management.
Manage foreign worker related matters.
Report to the management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Any other responsibilities that assigned by superior.
Handling liaison and affairs with the government and non-government agencies and organization such as MOHR.JTK,EPF,SOCSO,IRB and etc.
Recommending new policies, approaches, procedure, improvement.
Maintaining department record and reports.
Managing employee affairs including discipline, grievance and etc.
Maintaining company payroll system.
Creating and implement job descriptions.
Maintaining company directory and organization chart.
Oversee and responsible for the company’s HR organization and set up.
Any ad hoc jobs require from the superior.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources
3+ years in human resources or recruitment
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
Familiarity with HR software (UBS/SQL) and working knowledge of MS Office
Detail-oriented and organizational nature
Experience working with PeopleSoft a plus
Understanding federal HR laws
