Job Description:
  • Obtain quotations from vendors/suppliers and negotiate for the best price, the best quality, and best service to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Responsible for entire material purchasing cycle, follow up deliveries and ensure prompt delivery of good.
  • Update reports such as sales order report, delivery order reports and monthly closing report.
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain stock inventory levels, place orders and material planning to ensure sufficient stock inventory level.
  • To handle day-to-day procurement administration work.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Purchasing Management/Business Administration or relevant studies.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, leadership, work independently and problem solving skills.
