Head (Core Business)

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage development of marketing plan and revenue from local and international sales

· To seek new business revenue stream from new ventures

· To enhance company revenue position to achieve RTCI 2026.

· Establish the strategic marketing and business development direction for the organization

· Work closely with the executive team to deliver targeted outcomes and deliverables

· Establish, build and develop a professional marketing and business development team

· Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to ensure direct reports achieve their key deliverables

REQUIREMENTS

· Master / Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Business Management / Corporate or related discipline.

· At least 10 year(s) of working experience in related industries.

· Strong command of spoken and written in English.

· Be self-motivated, a strong team player and able to work under pressure and think ahead.

· In depth analytical skills.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· High level of integrity and commitment.

· Candidate with strong business acumen and learning agility are highly desirable for this role.

· Operational hands on experience especially in Manufacturing or Cable Related Business.
