Job Description

Remark: Can start work immediately
Well versed in English and Mandarin
Job Objective:
  • Support customers, address enquiries and facilitate transactions to cater to customers’ needs (process sales orders)
Core Responsibilities:
Account Management
  • Build relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and assisting with their queries
  • Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Account, Quality Assurance)
  • Update customers of the status of shipments, monitor their credit terms and assist with the collection of payments
  • Plan delivery schedule and manage logistics arrangement to customers
  • Assist in administrative duties of the Business Development department and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders
  • Assist in analyse customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Business Development Manager on follow-up actions
  • Manage SAP B1 system and update relevant information (product codes, orders) for production and operations
Job Specifications:
Minimum education qualifications:
  •  Diploma in any discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline an advantage
Minimum years of experience:
  • 1 years of relevant experience in Business Development for diploma or degree holders
  • Previous sales / customer service / telesales experience will be a plus

  • Proactive in building relationships and proposing solutions
  • Highly meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written English and/or Mandarin to be able to interact with customers effectively
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 an advantage
