MONTHLY SALARY: 
Basic Salary: 
– RM 2,000/2300 + (Variable Allowances) = Up to RM3,800++

[REQUIREMENTS]

– Min SPM and Above
– Proficient in Mandarin Language, with Basic English Language
– 24 Hours Rotational Shift
– Willing to commit 5 days work per week
– Fresh grad or no prior working experience are welcome
– Start work on 28 September 2022 (28/09/22)
– Willing to work on public holiday and weekend

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

– Handling all inbound calls and email pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaint, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issue related to the company’s products (Eg: Food delivery service/Transportation issue).

– To exceed customer’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

– Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
