– 24 Hours Rotational Shift
– Willing to commit 5 days work per week
– Fresh grad or no prior working experience are welcome

– Willing to work on public holiday and weekend

– Handling all inbound calls and email pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaint, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issue related to the company’s products (Eg: Food delivery service/Transportation issue).
– To exceed customer’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
– Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
