Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for administrative and accounting work
  • Responsible for document preparation
  • Responsible for filing and maintenance
  • Preparing purchase request, purchase order, invoice, certificate of payment, payment voucher, SOA, credit note, official receipt, cheque, petty cash, monthly billing for the water bill, and utilities.
  • Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and taking messages
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Other ad hoc task assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year working experience in basic admin & accounting works
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Basic knowledge with SQL Accounting System
  • Basic with Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Candidate must possess at least STPM A level /LCCI/Diploma/Pre-U in Business Studies / Administration /Management of equivalent.
