Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Issue agreements and receipts to clients.
  • Dealing with email enquiries.
  • Data entry.
  • General office management such as ordering snacks and paying office bills.
  • Providing administration support to directors.
  • Dealing with vendors.
  • From time to time ensure documents tidiness.
  • Assist Admin Manager in preparing documents for accounting and audit purposes

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:-
  • Basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Good English and Mandarin-language skills, including writing and spelling.
  • Data entry with strict attention to details.
  • Keen attention to details and ability to keep records and files organized.
  • Strong time management with respect for deadlines.
  • Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
