– Handle office amenities, including ensuring tidiness of workplace
– Responsible for data entry for supplier invoices, pruchase order and sales invoices
– Assist in search of supplier’s quotation
– Maintain petty cash book
– Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
– Other filing and adminstrative works
