Employers have the freedom of posting jobs for free always on JOBJOM without being charged hefty fees per job post. Alternatively, registered employers can use our TalentMore feature to search for the right candidate from our talent pool that fits their requirements by purchasing talent search credits. For employers whom have engaged other talent search or headhunting services before, they will find JOBJOM to be more, if not, the most economical. There are no other hidden charges to the prices published on JOBJOM.
JOBJOM aims to cultivate a pool of talent comprising of serious job seeking candidates to be connected to our employers’ community. Jobseekers can create an account with us simply by paying a nominal fee to get unlimited search of jobs from different employers of different industries while also having full access to all features on our site such as Knowledge Hub and the opportunity to be featured on TalentMore, to name a few. We also have a referral system enabling our jobseekers to refer other jobseekers to JOBJOM via their own referral link and we reward all successful referrals. Jobseekers can find their dream job through us yet can still benefit if they refer others to do the same.
As we expand our offering to accommodate gig economy, we aim to challenge the status quo by providing freelancers a place to showcase and offer their services minus the fees they have to pay after securing and completing a transaction. Freelancers can showcase their services on JOBJOM after registering an account with us. Potential clients may find and engage our freelancers for the services they need. We do not charge any fees on any transactions thereafter.
